Lead engineering teams delivering SAP finance changes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Reporting, Data). Own engineering strategy, quality, reliability, CI/CD, operational readiness, and partner with Product, Architecture and business stakeholders. Standardise and automate financial close and consolidation processes, oversee testing and validation, align requirements with Group Finance, local teams and auditors, and drive change management, training and business readiness for post-launch operations.

Lead development of the Fashion, Home & Beauty logistics network strategy and transformation roadmap. Use data, modelling and commercial analysis to build business cases, influence investment, align stakeholders and ensure approved changes progress from concept to delivery across operational sites and 3PL partners.

Lead availability, reliability and continuous improvement of the Connectivity platform. Monitor, diagnose and resolve service issues using telemetry and data. Build partner relationships, drive automation and process optimisation, contribute to roadmap and incident response, and support service transitions to meet business objectives.
