Accountable for creating, maintaining and governing the integrated business programme plan across Project Phoenix. Manage critical path, cross-functional dependencies, stress-test schedules, support stage-gates and assurance, produce executive reporting and forecasts, and partner with PMO, business owners, data, technology and delivery teams to ensure coherent sequencing and delivery readiness.

Manage day-to-day administration and oversight of UK and Irish pension plans, act as subject-matter expert for complex pension queries, coordinate trustees and vendors, support global pension transformation projects across regions, and partner with Reward, Global Mobility and HR teams to improve operations, communications and plan strategy.

Serve as primary cybersecurity advisor to business units: align security with strategic goals, identify and assess cyber risks, advise on controls and regulatory requirements (NIST/ISO/CIS), support governance and audits, and drive security awareness and vendor risk practices.

Lead group technical accounting and external reporting activities including quarterly and annual results, annual report production, IFRS technical advice, policy maintenance, complex transaction accounting, auditor liaison, iXBRL/ESEF tagging oversight, and driving continuous improvement across a global finance matrix.

Lead global media procurement strategy and complex sourcing initiatives across media, ad-tech, and agency partners. Drive supplier selection, performance management, SOW transparency, non-working media governance, media sustainability, analytics and global implementation through cross-functional influence in a matrixed organization.

Provide legal support and lead negotiation of complex indirect procurement contracts (with emphasis on Digital & Tech and Marketing). Oversee centralized contracting playbooks and high-volume transactions, advise on regulatory/compliance issues, support dispute/litigation matters, implement operational excellence projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Business Owners and Group Legal.

Lead global media procurement strategy and end-to-end sourcing ($1-5M scopes), manage supplier performance, drive commercial transparency (SOWs, benchmarking), oversee non-working media and innovation funds, deliver data-driven insights and dashboards, champion media sustainability, and partner with Marketing, Finance and agencies in a matrixed global environment.
