Lead pre-award subcontract activities including RFP/ITB creation, vendor pre-qualification, negotiation, bid evaluation, and subcontract award. Provide subcontract strategy, compliance reviews, guidance to site leadership, reporting, issue resolution, and support performance reviews and closeout.

Lead cost controls on large EPC LNG projects: develop WBS, implement cost systems, deliver accurate cost reports and forecasts, manage change control, analyze cost trends, prepare cash flows, supervise and mentor junior staff, and support risk/opportunity and monthly cost/schedule reviews.

Lead process safety engineering for LNG and low-carbon fuel projects: define safety basis, run HAZID/HAZOP/QRA and consequence modelling, integrate outcomes into design, develop fire & gas philosophies, support environmental assessments, and represent process safety in client and regulatory engagements.

Lead telecom engineering for oil & gas projects including FEED and detailed design, calculations, specifications, vendor reviews, testing/FAT, and commissioning support. Provide technical leadership, manage schedules/budgets, ensure compliance with standards (IEC 61508/61511), participate in HAZOP/SIL, mentor engineers, coordinate procurement, and act as discipline point of contact for interfaces and change control.
