The Senior Account Manager will exceed revenue targets, cultivate client relationships, drive new growth, and manage a portfolio of accounts within the hospitality industry.

Manage high-volume inbound event enquiries, qualify opportunities, own end-to-end sales for events up to 50 attendees, develop proposals and negotiate terms, support Senior Account Managers, run site visits, maintain Salesforce and HubSpot records, contribute market intelligence, and provide administrative support to drive revenue and client retention.

Verify client records for commissionable amounts, process commission payments end-to-end, review subledger (Salesforce) for data accuracy, support AP payment runs, communicate status to internal and external stakeholders, and assist month-end commission close and system automation efforts.
