Responsibilities include operating multi-cloud infrastructure, diagnosing failures, implementing upgrades, and collaborating across teams for operational excellence.

Design, build, and scale Grafana Cloud Observability integrations and SDKs for cloud and Kubernetes environments. Implement middleware, dashboards, alerts, and documentation; drive features from ideation to production, participate in on-call rotations, collaborate with product, sales, and support, and contribute to open-source projects and upstream communities.

Execute regional marketing initiatives and events from planning through post-event follow-up.
