Supports global CRM campaigns across email and other channels using Braze, from creative briefing through execution. Assists with customer segmentation, targeted retail communications, customer journey optimization, testing, reporting, and analysis of engagement and purchase trends. Collaborates with creative, digital, trade, retail, and CRM teams to improve campaign performance and strengthen online-to-offline customer relationships.

Build Saucony’s presence within the UK running community through partnerships, events, retail engagement, and digital content. Develop relationships with running clubs, nonprofits, ambassadors, consumers, retailers, and wholesale partners. Organize community initiatives and major running events, support retail staff with brand and product education, monitor competitors, grow the community database, and communicate seasonal marketing narratives. The field-based role is split between London and the wider UK, with more than half the time spent traveling and occasional weekend work.
