Supports senior bankers on M&A marketing and transaction execution. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation and statistical analysis, client presentations, due diligence, research, reporting, issue resolution, and client interaction. The role requires strong accounting and financial expertise, communication skills, independent judgment, teamwork, ethical conduct, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure investment banking environment.

The role also assists with identifying and remediating compliance issues, maintaining KYC records and compliance systems, responding to regulatory enquiries, and coordinating compliance standards across European offices.

Senior Analyst supporting Lazard’s Technology M&A team by building and reviewing financial models, conducting valuation and transaction analysis, preparing client presentations, assisting with due diligence and execution, and developing client relationships. The role requires strong accounting, analytical, communication, regulatory, and project-management skills, along with the ability to manage junior bankers and deliver accurate work in a high-pressure investment banking environment.
