Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the CASS Governance Framework, interpreting FCA CASS regulation (notably CASS 7), leading incident resolution, CMAR reporting and client money reconciliations, providing technical CASS support and training, challenging CASS risks and auditor/client interpretations, authoring policy and MI/KPIs, and acting as senior CASS contact for auditors, clients and regulators.

Design, implement and support front-office trading applications for the Derivatives Engine, focusing on hedging, risk management, pricing and ad-hoc trading tools. Work closely with traders, quants and technology to translate requirements into production-quality Python solutions, ensure testing and support plans, and help hand over tactical tools to central technology teams.

Design, configure and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions: data models, automation, security, reports and dashboards. Translate requirements into functional designs and user stories, run workshops, manage vendors, support full delivery lifecycle, provide administration/data management, enforce governance, and offer post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

Run and improve Marex's Global Payments operations: process confirmations and settlements, manage investigations and exceptions, perform reconciliations and safeguarding, own controls and incidents, and lead process improvements and team coaching.

Support, deploy and maintain enterprise voice infrastructure in a regulated trading environment, including SIP, SBCs, CUCM and Webex. Manage voice recording and mobile/WhatsApp capture to meet compliance. Provide technical support to traders, collaborate with compliance and technology teams, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to cloud telephony and platform optimisation.

Design, build and maintain automated tests and frameworks (Playwright, API, performance). Shift-left with developers and product managers, integrate tests into CI/CD, conduct API and database testing, perform root-cause defect analysis, establish QA governance, coach teams on automation best practices, review requirements, track defects in Jira/XRAY, and drive AI initiatives converting user stories into Playwright scripts.

Design, build and maintain infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Python, Terraform and Ansible; create BitBucket CI/CD pipelines; apply SRE principles for observability and reliability across Office 365, VMware, AWS and Azure; mentor peers, participate in on-call rotations, and embed security and governance into automation workflows.

Ensure accurate, timely post-trade processing across FX, fixed income and derivatives lifecycles. Manage reconciliations, settle breaks, escalate complex issues, maintain controls, support regulatory reporting, and liaise with front/middle office, technology and external counterparties to improve STP and operational resilience.

Manage the Technology change portfolio to ensure alignment with business strategy. Provide governance, MI/reporting, risk and dependency tracking, delivery oversight, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement. Partner with CTO, Heads of Business Technology and project teams to prioritise, track and improve delivery discipline and reporting across technology change initiatives.
