Creates persuasive proposals, pitch documents, presentations, and other sales collateral for prospective and existing clients. Manages multiple documents under tight deadlines, edits content, enforces style standards, coordinates subject matter experts, facilitates reviews, and maintains content libraries and templates. The role also supports proposal-team operations, develops process efficiencies, builds self-service resources, and contributes to best practices and special projects.

Prospect and qualify new business in education and corporate sectors via outbound campaigns, events, and CRM. Generate and distribute qualified leads, set appointments for Sales Executives, manage pipeline and reports, use sales tech stack, conduct market research, and attend occasional tradeshows to meet quarterly targets.
