Serve as the Workday technical SME for HR data: audit and define worker classifications, design and build Workday extraction/integration logic (RaaS, EIB, Core Connectors, REST), implement and validate GCP extraction pipelines (Cloud Dataflow, Composer, Cloud SQL), run definition workshops, produce Data Dictionary and governance deliverables, and hand over HR data model to the internal team.

Design and implement a shared GCP-native data pipeline architecture for HR and Finance, build Workday and Oracle connectors, maintain a unified Cloud SQL data model and lineage graph, enable real-time event capture via Firebase, and ensure pipeline observability and Power BI DirectQuery support.

Technical SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials leading finance domain design, auditing and redesigning cost center hierarchies, defining cross-billing and allocation rules, building and validating Oracle extraction pipelines (REST APIs/SOAP) into GCP Dataflow/Composer and Cloud SQL, documenting basis-tagging and workshop outputs for the Data Dictionary, and handing over certified finance data models to the internal team.
