Prospect outbound, qualify and manage pipeline, negotiate and close deals against quarterly targets, collaborate with SDRs, provide market feedback, and coach junior sales staff. Focus on solution/value-based selling and driving significant new business growth.

Lead the design of data platforms for AML/KYC and Fraud products, shaping data systems, coaching engineers, and setting technical direction across teams.

Lead global GTM planning: own annual revenue planning, capacity and headcount models, territory design, quota-setting, and compensation analytics. Partner with Finance, Sales leaders, and Marketing Ops, leveraging AI and planning platforms to build scalable planning processes and executive-grade decision materials.
