Own the full sales cycle for mid-market SaaS accounts across EMEA, including pipeline generation, territory planning, relationship management, executive engagement, consultative selling, forecasting, and account expansion. Partner with solutions engineers, customer success, support, marketing, and revenue operations to guide customers through evaluation, purchase, adoption, and long-term growth.

Lead and scale the EMEA sales organization to drive new business and expansion across Enterprise and Corporate segments. Set go-to-market strategy, build pipeline engines across channels, establish forecasting and operating rhythms, and develop sales leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve deal quality, adoption, retention, and regional GTM execution.

Own first-stage engagement across EMEA by qualifying inbound leads, event MQLs, and engaged accounts. Rapidly respond to high-intent inquiries, execute coordinated outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, research target accounts, convert interest into meetings for Account Executives, and maintain accurate Salesforce records while partnering with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Lead EMEA field marketing: own the event calendar end-to-end, negotiate sponsorships, manage vendors, design memorable experiences, partner with Sales/SDRs, track leads and ROI, and contribute to regional digital/ABM campaigns.
