Leads cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning business integration, systems modernization, process redesign, and AI-enabled customer support, success, and sales operations. Owns projects from strategy through implementation and measurement, develops business cases and financial models, manages stakeholders and vendors, identifies risks, and advises senior leadership on priorities, governance, and outcomes. This is a 12-month fixed-term role open to UK-based remote candidates.

Own transformation projects from design through implementation and outcome measurement. Lead cross-functional workstreams involving business integration, systems modernization, AI-enabled processes, and operating model changes. Develop business cases, financial models, analyses, milestones, governance, and performance measures. Coordinate leaders, vendors, and contracted teams; identify risks and barriers; and provide recommendations and progress updates to senior executives.
