Lead the Checkout product strategy and roadmap at Paddle, managing its performance and commercial outcomes while collaborating across teams and using data to drive decisions.

Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Paddle’s core product areas. Lead launches, customer and competitive research, sales enablement, category narratives, and performance measurement tied to pipeline and revenue. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and executives. Use AI tools, agents, and prompt engineering to accelerate research and content workflows, while mentoring junior product marketers and improving team processes.

Lead the Subscriptions engineering team to design, deliver, and scale recurring-billing products. Coach and manage engineers, partner with Product to set roadmaps, oversee technical strategy, improve reliability and scalability of high-traffic event-driven systems, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Design, Data, InfoSec, Platform, Finance, Risk, and Legal.

Own and grow strategic accounts across EMEA and APAC, driving new business and managing the full enterprise sales cycle. Develop account strategies, build pipeline, lead consultative discovery, negotiate commercial agreements, and influence technical and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to tailor solutions and achieve revenue targets for Paddle’s payment infrastructure and Merchant of Record platform.

Design and maintain marketing-focused data infrastructure and models in Snowflake and dbt. Build self-serve datasets in Omni, ensure data quality and metadata, enable activation into operational tools, support campaign attribution and funnel reporting, and train stakeholders.

Drive platform reliability and developer efficiency by automating deployments, disaster recovery, monitoring/SLOs, incident response and runbooks. Collaborate with product engineers, perform capacity/performance/cost engineering, and promote GitOps and observability practices.

Design and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt, expose datasets via BI tools, manage ingestion and data activation, enforce data quality and metadata, mentor junior engineers, and lead training to enable self-service analytics.

Own and scale the Brand Studio's operations: intake, workflows, timelines, and vendor/freelancer coordination. Build systems, templates, documentation and automate repetitive creative processes using AI tools. Support major launches and campaigns, improve visibility into capacity and delivery, and remove friction across cross-functional stakeholders to enable efficient creative production at scale.

Lead marketing measurement and attribution: deliver decision-ready insights, forecast budget allocation, maintain attribution models, run incrementality tests, define measurement frameworks, analyze end-to-end funnel across HubSpot and Salesforce, set GTM data-layer requirements with Snowflake/dbt, and coach channel owners to improve measurement and self-serve reporting.

Manage day-to-day marketing operations and martech hygiene, build reusable campaign templates and standardized intake workflows, document processes and playbooks, troubleshoot and administer the martech stack, and identify automation/AI opportunities to streamline marketing execution.
