Lead and build a global second-line risk assurance program for Airwallex, designing risk-based monitoring and testing frameworks, moving to continuous data-enabled control validation, overseeing testing across financial, operational, technology, and regulatory risks, managing remediation and reporting to senior leadership, maintaining regulator- and audit-ready evidence, and representing the firm in regulatory exams and partner reviews while building a high-performing global assurance team.
