As an Account Manager for the SMB segment, you'll manage ~300 accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing account value, while driving revenue growth and retention through strong relationships and effective sales strategies.

Own the full sales cycle for Apollo.io’s mid-market customers, from inbound lead qualification and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation, legal review, and close. Manage pipeline coverage, conduct prospect meetings, achieve quotas, forecast accurately, and build relationships with sales, marketing, and revenue operations leaders. Apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, communicate platform value, manage deals, and drive new business revenue.

Manage a portfolio of Tier 1/2 Mid Market customers as primary contact to drive activation, adoption, upsell and cross-sell. Run virtual and in-person enablement, product activation sessions and business reviews, build account plans, maintain pipeline coverage, collaborate cross-functionally, and resolve customer issues to meet monthly revenue targets and expansion goals.

Lead and own Apollo's EMEA partnerships strategy: build an agency ecosystem, advance regional CRM and technology alliances (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), evaluate reseller opportunities, and track partner-influenced revenue. Work closely with Head of EMEA Sales to align partnerships to regional GTM and execute localized playbooks while advising global stakeholders.

The Solutions Consultant II will drive complex deals, provide technical and strategic guidance, mentor peers, and collaborate across departments to optimize solutions.

Lead EMEA sales enablement as the primary regional partner for Account Executives and Account Managers. Drive onboarding and ramp, design ongoing/everboarding programs, translate global GTM strategy into regional execution, use data and Gong insights to diagnose performance gaps, enable frontline managers, lead cross-functional initiatives, and champion AI-augmented, scalable enablement solutions to improve seller proficiency and revenue outcomes.

Sell Apollo's sales platform to SMBs (1-200 employees) by managing the full sales cycle, conducting high-volume discovery calls and demos, forecasting pipeline, and closing recurring deals to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly quotas.
