Lead design and continuous improvement of credit policies, underwriting frameworks, and scorecards. Rebuild and automate underwriting, integrate new data and vendors, partner with Decision Science, Engineering, Risk, Finance and Revenue, and feed portfolio insights into leadership and Board reporting. Use AI tools operationally and own override taxonomy and feedback loops to sharpen policy and calibration.

As a Senior Credit Risk Data Scientist, you'll lead credit risk modeling, develop data-driven lending strategies, and ensure statistical rigor in model performance while writing production-grade code for underwriting systems.

Partner with technology and commercial leaders on people strategy, manager coaching, talent management, employee relations, training, retention, succession planning, DEIB initiatives, and people projects. Improve HR processes and systems in a fast-growing scale-up, using data to influence senior stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
