Serve as a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales: lead discovery, solution design, demos, PoCs and deployments; translate customer requirements into Fortinet solutions; run workshops, support RFI/RFPs, document in Salesforce, and mentor partners and colleagues.

Provide expert technical break/fix and configuration support for Fortinet endpoint security, troubleshoot complex networking/security issues, manage cases end-to-end, reproduce customer environments, recommend configuration optimizations, and communicate escalations and resolutions to customers and partners.

Manage and grow major enterprise Financial Services accounts: win new logos, onboard clients, develop account and business plans, sell Fortinet solutions consultatively, build C-level relationships, coordinate internal teams, and run quarterly business reviews to ensure customer value and roadmap alignment.

Design and execute carrier-scale validation campaigns for Telco and MSSP reference architectures (CGNAT, SecGW, SD-WAN, uniSASE, large-scale firewalling). Build and automate performance and scalability tests (using Spirent/Ixia/FortiTester), integrate tests into CI pipelines, produce docs, demos and customer reports, and feed findings to Product and Engineering. Work directly with field SEs to turn customer requests into reusable evidence.

Deliver cloud security consulting, design multi/hybrid-cloud security blueprints, implement Fortinet-based cloud solutions, produce automation/architecture code and POCs, publish reference architectures and technical content, run demos/webinars, and advise customers on secure cloud deployments.

Provide pre-sales technical leadership across the sales lifecycle: discovery, solution design, demos, PoCs, architecture workshops, RFI/RFP support, and cross-functional delivery for Fortinet security solutions.

Lead enterprise account growth and new business pitches for Fortinet, onboard and manage major clients, develop strategic account plans, build C-level relationships, drive consultative sales of Fortinet products and services, coordinate internal resources, and run quarterly business reviews to ensure customer value and adoption.

Support Channel Account Managers and strategic partners by delivering technical enablement, demonstrations, workshops, and light proof-of-concept work. Qualify partner opportunities, advise on Fortinet architectures and integrations, assist at events and roadshows, maintain product and Salesforce documentation, and mentor partners to improve long-term adoption of Fortinet security solutions.

Own new business growth across enterprise accounts: hunt white-space opportunities, lead pitches, build account/territory plans, manage full sales cycle to close, onboard clients, and coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery and long-term account growth.

Provide pre-sales public cloud and application security expertise to sales and partners across EMEA: lead technical discussions, demos/POVs, respond to RFPs, build sales technical materials, consolidate customer feedback for Product Management, and support commercial strategy and seminars.
