Serve as the technical bridge between BigPanda and customers to design, demo, and implement AIOps/observability integrations. Lead discovery, POCs, workshops, and technical presentations; support onboarding, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive platform adoption and influence product roadmap.
