Leads EMEA renewals sales for Data Security and Application Security portfolios, owning retention, recurring revenue, forecasting, churn mitigation, and commercial execution. Manages Renewal Sales Managers and Specialists, develops regional strategy, negotiates strategic contracts, and partners with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Executive Leadership. The role also drives renewal governance, operational excellence, organizational development, talent coaching, and executive reporting across geographically dispersed teams.

Lead the technical strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery of cyber exercise and OT training capabilities for Thales UK customers, including MOD clients. Define secure OT range architectures, product technologies, design patterns, and access-control strategies. Guide engineering, testing, and assurance; facilitate exercises and training; brief senior stakeholders; shape standards and roadmaps; and represent Thales externally. The role requires deep OT and cybersecurity expertise across critical infrastructure, industrial systems, resilience, incident response, and high-assurance architectures.
