Leads Billtrust’s European marketing strategy across the UK, Germany, and other priority markets. Builds brand awareness and demand generation from a low-awareness starting point, develops market-entry plans, localizes campaigns, manages events, digital marketing, PR, partner marketing, budgets, agencies, and contractors, and aligns marketing activity with regional sales, SDR, and customer success teams. Reports pipeline and awareness performance to the CMO and manages a distributed, cross-functional regional marketing operation.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive adoption of Billtrust AR and payments solutions, ensure customer success outcomes, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI-enabled tools to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
