The role focuses on FCA requirements, capital and liquidity compliance, regulatory reporting, risk assessments, policy development, obligations mapping, operational resilience, consumer duty, regulatory engagement, audit remediation, training, escalations, and board-level compliance reporting. The manager will also maintain the UK compliance framework and mentor team members while collaborating with Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, and other global teams.
