Integrate internal data platforms with Anaplan, Planful, and the General Ledger; build audit-ready data extracts and source-of-truth queries; and partner with Finance leadership to ensure accurate, consistent financial disclosures. The role requires advanced SQL and quantitative data skills, basic financial statement literacy, autonomy, and the ability to improve reporting systems and processes.

Own Wise Platform’s EMEA pricing strategy, including pricing frameworks, repricing, governance controls, commercial modeling, and negotiations for key accounts. Partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, and regional leadership to ensure sustainable pricing and accurate unit economics. Build commercial tools and dashboards, provide pricing insights, and support complex B2B commercial decisions across a fast-growing fintech environment.

Build backend and data-intensive systems for Wise’s Risk Assessment platform, focusing on data governance, quality monitoring, lineage, continuous control assurance, drift detection, audit trails, explainability, and regulatory evidence generation. Integrate governance capabilities with the Risk API and collaborate with Product and Financial Crime teams. Design scalable, reliable distributed systems that make risk decisions trusted, consistent, explainable, auditable, and continuously monitored.

Provides second-line oversight of Wise’s global AML and CTF framework, including transaction monitoring, investigations, enhanced due diligence, governance, risk assessments, control effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and financial crime reporting. Advises Product, Compliance, and Operations teams, reviews systems and controls, leads remediation and effectiveness reviews, supports training, and contributes to global AML/CTF strategy and governance.
