Manage and grow Wise’s EMEA bank partner accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, developing account plans, leading partner business reviews, and coordinating deal execution. Build senior stakeholder relationships, use data to identify growth opportunities, provide performance updates, and contribute to product, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives. The role requires expertise in cross-border payments and collaboration with sales, customer success, product, engineering, compliance, legal, and delivery teams.

Develop and grow Wise’s strategic referral partnerships to acquire high-net-worth customers. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting outreach, pitching, negotiating commercial terms, closing and launching partnerships, monitoring performance, managing early relationships, reporting pipeline progress, and shaping partnership acquisition strategy.

Own and operate production Python infrastructure for FX pricing, risk, and trading systems. Responsibilities include developing microservices, shared quantitative libraries, monitoring and alerting, CI/CD, deployment, incident response, and root-cause analysis. The role also offers growth into curve construction, pricing models, trading strategies, risk modeling, backtesting, and customer behavior modeling while collaborating with quants, traders, analysts, product managers, and engineers.

Owns end-to-end prudential regulatory reporting for capital adequacy and liquidity returns. Reviews reports, analyzes variances and trends, monitors regulatory changes, and provides management insights. Leads reporting infrastructure enhancements, vendor implementations, data mapping, ETL, UAT, system deployments, documentation, and control design while managing cross-functional stakeholders and the reporting team.

Lead hands-on development of reliable, scalable embedded finance services. Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, own team services and product direction, collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and establish engineering best practices including continuous delivery and code reviews.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for Wise’s customer behavior and identity-linking platform. Build scalable behavioral data infrastructure and identity-resolution capabilities that map user associations, support fraud and financial-crime detection, enable risk and compliance teams, and improve legitimate customer experiences. Align engineering, data science, growth, operations, and risk stakeholders while balancing detection accuracy, scalability, privacy, and trust.

Lead Wise’s AI Assistant and route-by-route customer activation strategy. Own conversational banking experiences, agentic AI development, global product frameworks, funnel optimization, experimentation, and customer insights. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, regional, compliance, payment operations, and vendor teams to improve first-transfer conversion and scale personalized cross-border payment experiences globally.

Build backend governance and assurance foundations for Wise’s Risk Assessment platform. Responsibilities include data quality monitoring, data contracts, lineage tracking, continuous control validation, drift detection, audit trails, explainability tooling, and scalable integration with the Risk API. The role partners closely with Product, Risk API, and Financial Crime teams to ensure risk decisions are trusted, consistent, explainable, auditable, and continuously monitored.
