Originate, develop, negotiate, and close complex partnership deals with banks, neobanks, fintechs, and financial services platforms across EMEA. Build executive-level networks, execute pipeline and go-to-market strategies, promote embedded protection, lead cross-functional deal teams, and coordinate with Legal, Engineering, and Product through contracting and launch.

Support EMEA compliance and licensing for insurance distribution: maintain licenses, manage regulatory filings and Appointed Representative processes, prepare reports and training, monitor regulatory changes (including FCA Consumer Duty), perform reviews to identify gaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement controls and corrective actions.

Provide end-to-end multi-channel customer support (phone, chat, email), handle complex and sensitive cases, perform hybrid back-office claims administration, meet SLA and QA targets, maintain audit-ready documentation, and escalate or resolve issues following compliance and SOPs.
