Lead Xylem's Service, Aftermarket and Rental operations across South Africa. Develop growth strategies, manage rental fleet and service teams, ensure EHS compliance, collaborate with sales, supply chain and marketing, deploy service and rental software (including Salesforce), produce reporting and forecasts, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
