Lead the finance function and manage a team while overseeing financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts, tax returns, cash flow, debtors, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role supports strategic planning, ensures compliance with IFRS and US GAAP, and advises managers on budget performance and corrective actions.

Design and develop pressure control and fluid system products. Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings, perform engineering calculations and analyses, produce technical documentation, support prototyping and testing, collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Projects, and resolve product issues to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
