Reproduce and document defects, manage issues in Azure DevOps and Jira, escalate to engineering, maintain knowledge-base content, and train first- and second-line support teams. Communicate production feedback to Product and Engineering while managing concurrent enterprise customer issues.

Drive adoption, retention, and solution optimization across legal-industry client accounts. Monitor usage and health data, execute structured success plays, advise clients on product configuration and best practices, support post-deployment outcomes, and expand expertise across Intapp’s product suite. The role also synthesizes client feedback into recommendations and serves as a trusted advisor and internal customer advocate.
