Define and evolve Citi’s Finance business architecture across current and future states. Map finance processes, capabilities, data dependencies, and technology investments; support ERP, ledger, reporting, and finance transformation initiatives; guide architecture governance and engineering alignment; and evaluate AI, ML, and GenAI opportunities. The role also contributes to capability mapping, maturity assessments, data governance, architecture repositories, and continuous improvement while engaging finance SMEs, technology teams, and senior stakeholders.

Design and build Python services, pipelines, testing frameworks, data analysis tools, and lifecycle management systems for quantitative market and credit risk models. Build consensus across product, technology, operations, finance, legal, compliance, and risk teams; oversee agile delivery, global rollout, stakeholder advocacy, and organizational AI adoption.

Build and lead production-grade Generative AI software for document extraction, classification, translation, fraud detection, and workflow optimization. Own architecture, technical roadmaps, scalable services, model and prompt evaluation, testing, code reviews, and regulatory requirements including resilience, explainability, and auditability. Mentor engineers and collaborate with Risk, AI platform teams, and senior stakeholders in a regulated banking environment.

Leads Citi’s global Fund Services Middle Office function, owning its P&L, IBOR product, strategy, pricing, vendor ecosystem, operating model, and transformation roadmap. Drives technology-enabled change, client implementations, data architecture, Agile delivery, risk controls, and operational scalability across global markets. Partners with operations, technology, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and clients to improve performance, develop innovative solutions, and grow the business.

Owns credit utility and governance for Citi Services products across Payments, Investor Services, and Issuer Services. Leads intraday credit processes, enterprise governance, approval frameworks, product roadmaps, design workshops, business cases, and platform architecture coordination. Partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and senior leadership to deliver credit consumption transformations, manage operational risk, and establish scalable future-state capabilities across a global, regulated financial institution.

Lead Citi’s European Clearing product strategy across London or Dublin, covering capability development, payment-product risk, pricing, client propositions, regulatory compliance, product approvals, sales enablement, and market-share growth. The role analyzes business results, supports senior management, provides product expertise and training, collaborates with global and regional teams, and ensures operationally robust product delivery while strengthening client satisfaction and profitability.

Own execution of Citi’s AI product roadmap within a global financial-services business line. Prioritize and deliver AI use cases from business case through commercialization, engage enterprise clients, manage ROI and P&L tracking, and coordinate responsible AI governance, testing, risk, explainability, audit readiness, and regulatory controls. The role also drives internal AI adoption, post-deployment process changes, ecosystem partnerships, and global stakeholder alignment across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Sales.

Build and deliver enterprise GenAI platforms and full-stack applications using frontend, backend, APIs, cloud services, and platform components. Contribute to technical direction, DevSecOps practices, distributed-system architecture, automation, and developer-platform adoption. Collaborate with technology and business partners, drive engineering excellence, and mentor colleagues. The role requires experience with AI-enabled solutions, cloud-native development, databases, API integration, scalability, resiliency, and performance engineering.
