The BMS Project Engineer will commission and optimize Building Management Systems for HVAC, ensuring compliance with specifications and client needs.

Design and produce BMS documentation (points lists, network architecture, control schematics, handover packs) for projects from £30k to multi-million schemes. Review drawings, liaise with OEMs/consultants, ensure compliance, support commissioning (remote and occasional site), and contribute to design standards and continuous improvement.

The Senior BMS Controls Engineer manages BMS service and small works, ensuring high system performance while maintaining client relationships and handling projects from proposal to delivery.
