Lead WIZE's UK expansion as Managing Director: establish the UK subsidiary, drive ARR and client acquisition, own UK client and partner relationships, shape product/AI roadmap for UK market fit, hire and lead a UK commercial team, manage P&L and operations, and coordinate closely with Geneva product and delivery teams.

The role involves configuring environments, supporting data migrations, assisting with go-lives, and ensuring successful client onboarding for NEXUM Software.

Lead end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment across European portfolio companies, including executive (C-suite/VP) hires. Build proactive pipelines, advise senior leaders on talent strategy, design repeatable recruiting processes, leverage market and compensation data, mentor teammates, and operate autonomously to close complex hires across multiple European markets.
