Advances Mastercard’s AI and data strategy through research, strategic analysis, responsible AI governance, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives. Assesses AML, sanctions, fraud, KYC, and transaction-monitoring risks; defines governance frameworks and controls; oversees compliance technology and operational requirements; manages risk assessments, issue remediation, reporting, and approvals; and coordinates stakeholders across Product, Legal, Finance, Compliance, MLRO, and global teams.

Leads Mastercard’s global SME market expansion strategy, owning growth initiatives, revenue, gross dollar volume, market share, and pipeline outcomes. Identifies priority markets, segments, payment flows, partnerships, and distribution channels; builds investment cases; oversees pilots and commercialization; and scales successful programs globally. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, regional teams, issuers, fintechs, platforms, and ecosystem partners while presenting strategies and performance to executive leadership.

Oversee accounting treatment and controls for customer business agreements under Mastercard policies and US GAAP. Advise on contract drafting, pricing implementation, billing, rebates, customer rates, and billing analysis. Coordinate European local reporting compliance with external providers and tax teams. Support audit and control activities while advancing AI and automation across Controller processes.
