Provides on-site and remote IT support in a lean two-person team. Responsibilities include managing macOS devices through Kandji, supporting Windows devices through Intune, administering Google Workspace and other SaaS systems, managing onboarding, offboarding, SSO and permissions, providing AV and office technology support, triaging Slack and Jira requests, documenting processes, and automating routine tasks. The role also contributes to networking, security, system administration, and internal tooling projects.

Design and develop high-load Elixir backend systems, contribute to architecture and technical specifications, integrate third-party services, optimize databases and caching, and support scalable production systems. The role also involves React development, testing, documentation, accessibility and SEO, code reviews, mentoring engineers, and promoting engineering best practices across the organization.
