Oversees ESG requirements traceability, governance routines, controls, impact assessments, gap analyses, implementation roadmaps, regulatory filings, audit materials, and remediation plans. Partners with legal, risk, controllership, and other functions to embed requirements and prepare senior stakeholder and board materials. Requires financial services experience, ESG reporting knowledge, regulatory implementation expertise, and strong matrixed project management and communication skills.

Lead geographic expansion of BNY’s digital asset custody product into new regions. Translate strategy into execution plans, coordinate launch readiness across technology, operations, compliance, risk, legal, finance, and commercial teams, and manage timelines, governance approvals, regulatory requirements, risks, and dependencies. Serve as a regional product expert, partner with engineering on backlog prioritization, communicate status to senior stakeholders, and capture lessons learned to improve future launches.

Lead technology audit activities across applications and platforms, including risk assessment, audit planning, control testing, issue identification, stakeholder communication, and remediation follow-up. Maintain knowledge of technology risks, regulatory requirements, and industry practices while identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data analytics. The role also involves maintaining relationships with technology teams and supporting audit projects as directed by senior management.

Supports EMEA leadership in executing Global Payments & Trade strategy through management reporting, MI governance, stakeholder communications, initiative coordination, market research, revenue planning, and financial reporting. Owns executive dashboards, newsletters, governance rhythms, action tracking, and insight briefs while partnering with Finance, Strategy, Data, Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams. Also coordinates regional AI adoption and training initiatives.
