Lead art direction for Lipsy or Love & Roses ecommerce and marketing imagery across stills and video. Direct studio and location shoots, manage set design, styling, pre-production decks, post-production edits and retouching. Collaborate with marketing, design, buying and external vendors to deliver on-brand, commercially driven creative that drives engagement and optimises processes.

Design and develop trend-led products for an assigned product area, collaborating with Design, Buying and Merchandising to ensure commercial viability. Create mood boards, present ranges, manage technical drawings, understand pricing and margins, and travel internationally to develop products. Meet deadlines, support business needs, and seek ongoing professional development.

Communicate deadlines, liaise with stakeholders, and identify process improvements to support Business & Data Analysts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Design, deliver and evaluate end-to-end learning solutions across the business. Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, facilitate workshops, coach individuals, embed a high-engagement learning culture, use LMS tools, explore AI and emerging learning technologies, and support wider HR and belonging initiatives.

Lead and manage a store sales team to deliver excellent customer service, meet commercial targets, maintain accurate stock processes, and ensure operational efficiency. Coach, motivate and develop staff, support store management across product and back-of-house duties, and communicate effectively to meet business needs.
