Develop internal AI platforms, RAG pipelines, prompt-management tools, and controllable agent systems. Optimize systems for reliability, performance, data quality, reconciliation, monitoring, and cost. Collaborate with quantitative trading teams using financial and cryptocurrency datasets, market data, and trading metrics such as PnL, risk, balances, and trade activity.

Drive new trading initiatives from research and feasibility through launch across crypto, traditional finance, and prediction markets. Manage project plans, roadmaps, cross-functional workstreams, reporting, KPIs, documentation, and stakeholder updates. Coordinate with product, risk, operations, technology, legal, compliance, finance, exchanges, brokers, and other external partners while using AI tools to improve research and project management workflows.
