Leads end-to-end early careers recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder advising, interview coordination, candidate communications, and recruitment event participation. Develops diverse talent pipelines, coaches hiring managers, ensures compliant process execution, analyzes recruitment KPIs, and supports continuous improvement and employer branding. Requires strong relationship management, business fluency in English, and ideally an additional European language.

Leads regional talent attraction, employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, and Talent Acquisition process improvement. Coordinates regional campaigns, vendors, budgets, pilots, reporting, governance, and change adoption while translating global strategies into local initiatives. Partners with Communications, Marketing, Sourcing, Early Careers, HR, and TA leadership to improve recruitment effectiveness, diversity outcomes, process consistency, and recruiter capability. Maintains a prioritized regional roadmap balancing enterprise programs with local business and talent needs.
