Lead development and execution of Abercrombie & Fitch's EMEA brand strategy, managing a regional team and cross-functional partners to adapt global messaging, drive market penetration, oversee regional marketing spend, measure ROI, and execute local activations across key markets including UK, Germany and the Middle East.

Lead design, execution and communication of qualitative and quantitative customer research across EMEA. Manage surveys, focus groups and panels, synthesize insights, deliver actionable recommendations to brand, marketing and merchandising teams, collaborate with global insights, and support evolution of customer insights capabilities.

Perform end-to-end payroll validation and reconciliation for UK stores, analyze payroll data, act as SME for ADP GlobalView and Workday, support payroll projects and UAT, ensure compliance with UK payroll laws, resolve complex payroll issues, maintain documentation, and support EMEA payroll alignment.
