The Business Development Associate at Guidepoint will identify and communicate with potential clients, build relationships, and support sales efforts by understanding client needs and creating a pipeline of prospects.

Lead end-to-end quantitative survey research for clients: design questionnaires, manage fieldwork and programming, perform data analysis (descriptive and advanced methods), ensure QA, produce reports, and serve as a client-facing partner supporting proposals and project delivery.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (NDAs, vendor/client agreements, MSAs, DPA, SaaS agreements); manage contracts queue, templates, inbox, and stakeholder communications; ensure compliance with approval policies; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Sales; support special projects.

The Sales Development Representative will identify prospects, build client relationships, research industries, and support the sales team in growing Guidepoint's business.
