Build stakeholder relationships, create customer success plans, drive platform adoption, conduct business reviews, monitor account health, mitigate renewal risks, and support retention and renewal execution. Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Shared Success, and Program Management to deliver customer value. The role is fully remote.

Manage full sales cycle, build pipeline, negotiate contracts, work with channel partners, forecast in CRM, deliver tailored demos, and represent the company at regional events to drive new business and expand accounts.
