Business Affairs Lead manages agency risk, contracts, licensing, talent and influencer agreements, production liabilities, insurance, clearances, invoices, and compliance. The role partners with Brand, Creative, Production, Legal, Influencer, clients, vendors, and external counsel to negotiate agreements, resolve risks, review finished assets, and maintain licensing records across digital, experiential, print, broadcast, and creator campaigns.
