Supports HR transformation by analyzing and improving processes, assisting with HR projects and policy rollouts, testing digital tools, building reports and dashboards, maintaining HR content, and supporting change communications, training, and workshops. The intern will collaborate with HR Business Partners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Supports employee relations case management, including disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, performance, and absence matters. Prepares confidential documentation, tracks cases, assists investigations and hearings, liaises with trade unions and stakeholders, and applies UK employment law and ACAS guidance. The role also contributes to HR data analysis, root-cause analysis, and proactive interventions while building broader HR expertise.
