Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, budgets, schedules, and event platforms, follow global SOPs, analyze attendee feedback, and travel 15–25% to deliver first-class attendee experiences.

Manage and grow client relationships by onboarding clients, demonstrating Gartner services, facilitating calls, identifying client priorities, recommending action plans, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Acquire new large-enterprise clients by building trust-based relationships with C-level executives, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing complex high-revenue deals, forecasting, and meeting quota within an assigned territory.

Lead sales operations strategy and programs to drive revenue growth, improve seller productivity and retention. Own reporting, forecasting, process design, program ROI analysis, stakeholder collaboration, coaching sales leaders, and presentation development to senior executives.
