Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage calendar, prepare documents and board materials, coordinate meetings, handle travel and expenses, take minutes, triage email backlog, and facilitate follow-through on action items. Serve as backup support to the Executive Leadership Team and represent the CEO professionally in internal and external interactions.

Provide expert PostgreSQL support to customer DBA teams: gather diagnostics, troubleshoot production issues, perform live remediation, write knowledge-base content, host webinars, and contribute to the open-source community. Participate in monitoring, backup/restore, HA, zero-downtime procedures, and occasional travel for meetings or customer visits.
