Provide operational HR support for a unionized manufacturing environment: manage employee relations, recruit and onboard staff, coordinate L&D and engagement, ensure compliance with South African labour law, represent the company at CCMA/bargaining councils, compile HR metrics, support change initiatives, and drive HR process improvements.
