The Manager of Operations Excellence will drive operational improvements, promote efficiency, and enhance store performance while focusing on customer experience across the UK.

Lead marketing analytics to inform trading plans, promotional effectiveness, forecasting and KPI tracking across UK/EMEA. Build dashboards (Tableau), manage Google Analytics reporting, run A/B tests and market research, partner with finance and stakeholders, and present insights to senior leadership to drive revenue and ROI.

This role focuses on driving operational performance across international markets, implementing excellence projects, and leveraging customer experience data to enhance brand compliance and operating standards.
