Lead the Electroverse Product organization across B2C, B2B, and Licensing globally. Set product vision, prioritize strategic investments, align product and engineering, unblock squads, and oversee organizational design, talent development, metrics, and execution. Partner with executives, suppliers, vehicle OEMs, charge point operators, and enterprise clients to scale the EV charging platform.

Provide corporate and commercial legal counsel across M&A, acquisitions, equity investments, employee share schemes, governance, commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property, competition, compliance, and international expansion. Manage external counsel, support new entity formation, advise senior business leaders, and independently own legal projects in a fast-paced global energy business.

Supports capital markets activities for an electric vehicle leasing business, including securitisation facility management, public ABS transition, rating agency and investor engagement, financial modelling, market analysis, data manipulation, transaction reporting, trigger monitoring, forecasting, and stakeholder deliverables. The role requires strong spreadsheet and SQL skills, financial analysis capability, and an interest in debt markets and securitisation.
