Leads the UKI Solutions Consultant team and owns commercial performance across new business, expansion, renewals, and adoption outcomes. Coaches consultants on workflow diagnosis, live Notion builds, value narratives, and full-cycle execution. Establishes pipeline reviews, deal support, call reviews, forecasting, onboarding, certification, and performance management. Partners with BDR and Outcomes leadership on pipeline strategy, adoption handoffs, at-risk accounts, and renewals. The role is based in London with office attendance required Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Leads and develops a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering complex enterprise implementations across EMEA. Oversees technical discovery, architecture, custom code, AI agents, integrations, automations, data pipelines, migrations, launches, and customer handoffs. Advises senior customer stakeholders, manages delivery risks and staffing, partners with Sales, Product, CX, and Engineering, and establishes scalable delivery standards, hiring practices, quality processes, and reusable technical assets.

Lead a multi-disciplinary EMEA marketing team to develop regional narratives, create modular content and campaign toolkits, run demand generation across self-serve and sales-assist, orchestrate launches, embed AI-driven workflows, enable cross-functional stakeholders, and measure funnel metrics to drive pipeline and revenue.

Own and grow Notion's UK partner ecosystem across VARs, hyperscalers, and local services. Build joint go-to-market programs, manage cloud marketplace and co-sell motions, align partner activity to sales pipeline, track partner-sourced pipeline, and maintain executive partner relationships. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, qualify inbound partnerships, support partner-delivered services, and adapt global programs to the UK market while working closely with sales, marketing, and regional leadership.

Own full-cycle GTM recruiting across EMEA (with emphasis on Sales): source, assess, and close diverse talent; partner with stakeholders to scale hiring processes and leverage AI/tools for data-driven recruiting.

Manage a book of named accounts to drive workflow adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Co-design Notion workflows with customers, maintain success plans, run business reviews, identify services needs, and partner with Solutions Consultants and Services to deliver measurable ROI and predictable revenue.
