Manage publisher client accounts, train customers on platform features, identify challenges, coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and technical teams, and drive revenue growth through optimization and adoption. Monitor performance data, deliver actionable insights, resolve complex problems, and build executive-level client relationships within the programmatic video and connected TV advertising ecosystem.

Serves as the primary technical contact for integrated clients, troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex problems when needed. Delivers consultative technical services to premium customers and shares client technology insights internally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and Support. Requires experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, APIs, SDKs, ad technology, publishers, ad servers, and web traffic analysis.
