Lead and scale legal and compliance across multiple African countries. Design and run compliance programs (sanctions, anti-bribery, privacy, healthcare, employment, product regs), manage litigation and investigations, advise leadership, ensure U.S. government award compliance (FARs, 2 CFR 200), monitor regulatory developments, and partner cross-functionally to enable safe, compliant operations and growth.
